Our AussieGroodles are a beautiful hybrid combining the Aussiedoodle and Groodle, with both parents being F1B generation.
We love this combination because it brings together some fantastic qualities from the Australian Shepherd, Golden Retriever and Poodle lines. You get the intelligence, trainability and loyalty of the Aussie influence, combined with the friendly, affectionate and people-focused nature Groodles are known for
Using F1B parents also gives us a strong Poodle influence on both sides, which helps us aim for those gorgeous soft, wavy coats with a greater likelihood of being low-shedding, while still maintaining the personality traits we love from the other breeds. Of course, coat and shedding can still vary between individual puppies.
The result is a dog that can be incredibly intelligent, emotionally connected, affectionate and eager to learn. They can make wonderful family companions and, with the right individual temperament and training, can also have great potential for therapy or assistance work.For us, the AussieGroodle isn’t just about creating a cute-looking dog it’s about combining complementary traits to produce a smart, loving, trainable and well-rounded companion. ❤️
