​APPOINTMENT POLICY & LATE ARRIVAL NOTICE

At Puppies Downunder, all appointments are privately scheduled to ensure every family has dedicated time to meet the puppies, ask questions, and receive guidance from our team.

As our appointments are carefully booked throughout the day, we kindly ask all visitors to arrive on time for their scheduled appointment.
Arriving significantly late can unfortunately impact other booked families, disrupt scheduled appointment times, and extend beyond our staff rostered hours.

This is particularly important on Saturdays, where appointments are scheduled closely together and our team closes at 1:00 PM. A late arrival of 30 to 60 minutes may result in insufficient time for your appointment or may interfere with other families who are booked afterwards.

If you believe you may be running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on scheduling availability, we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment to ensure fairness to all customers and our staff.
