If your puppy develops a qualifying physical defect or disease within three years of purchase that is traceable to the point of sale, our guarantee provides for a 100% refund of the purchase price, subject to the required veterinary evidence and assessment.

It applies to qualifying physical defects or diseases traceable to the point of sale, supported by veterinary statements and relevant test results, with provision for independent veterinary assessment. It is not pet insurance or blanket cover for every illness, injury or veterinary expense. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
