Cheyenne Shaddock-Brook

Cheyenne is the newest member of the Puppies Downunder team and is currently completing her training as a Trainee Animal Attendant. From day one, she has shown a genuine love for animals and a strong commitment to learning the correct standards of care, hygiene, and welfare that we uphold.

Working alongside our senior team members, Cheyenne assists with daily kennel cleaning, puppy enrichment activities, feeding routines, and monitoring the health and wellbeing of our dogs. She is learning the importance of detailed record keeping, compliance requirements, and the structured routines that ensure every puppy receives consistent, high-quality care.

Cheyenne spends time in the nursery supporting early development and socialisation, helping puppies build confidence through positive interaction and gentle handling. She is also being trained in recognising early health indicators, understanding dietary protocols, and maintaining clean and safe environments in line with our strict welfare standards.

At Puppies Downunder, we believe the future of ethical breeding depends on properly training the next generation. Cheyenne represents that future. She is learning not just how to care for puppies, but why we do what we do — with compassion, responsibility, and a deep respect for animal welfare.
