Peter Macphail is the newest Handyman and Animal Attendant Officer at Puppies Downunder, bringing a wealth of practical experience and a strong hands on approach to both facility maintenance and animal care support.

In this role,

 

Peter undertakes general handyman and maintenance duties across the property to ensure infrastructure, housing and work areas remain safe, functional and well maintained.

His work supports compliance with facility standards and contributes to environments that are secure, hygienic and suitable for the daily care of puppies and adult dogs.

Peter also assists the animal care team as required, supporting routine tasks that help maintain animal wellbeing and smooth daily operations. He works closely with management and staff to address maintenance needs promptly, assist with repairs and improvements, and ensure facilities continue to meet operational and welfare requirements.

With his broad skill set and reliable presence on site, Peter plays an important role in supporting both the physical upkeep of Puppies Downunder and the day to day care environment for animals and staff.
