Maddison Ohlson is the Customer Services and Compliance Coordinator at Puppies Downunder, with a dynamic role spanning customer communication, regulatory compliance, animal care and office operations.

Maddison manages customer communication and oversees key compliance processes, including microchip transfers, electronic lodgements and updates to health management plans. She supports office administration and record keeping to ensure documentation remains accurate, organised and compliant.

Working hands on in the nursery and across weekends, Maddison assists with daily animal care, including heat checks, whelping support and care of mother dogs. Her responsibilities include bottle feeding, grooming and monitoring the development and wellbeing of puppies and adult dogs. She routinely checks ears, teeth and general health, reporting any concerns promptly.

Maddison also coordinates puppy enrichment activities and photography, supporting early socialisation and development. In addition, she is Puppies Downunder’s social media superstar, bringing the day to day life of the business to the wider community through engaging content that showcases animal care, education and behind the scenes moments.
