Singapore Import Requirements
Importing a puppy into Singapore requires compliance with the regulations of the National Parks Board (NParks).
This includes:

* Mandatory waiting periods
* Government export certification
* Approved airline cargo transport

Due to rabies vaccination timing and waiting periods, export timelines are longer than domestic placements.

Step 1
Reservation
A deposit secures your chosen puppy.
Step 4
Import Permit & Documentation
Your nominated International Air Transport Association (IATA)-accredited transport provider coordinates documentation with NParks.
Step 2
Rabies & Compliance Program
Microchip, rabies vaccination and titre testing are completed in line with Singapore regulations
Step 5
Government Certification
A government-accredited veterinarian completes final export documentation.
Step 3
Ongoing Care During Waiting Period
Your puppy remains in our care, continuing enrichment, socialisation and veterinary monitoring.
Step 6
Airline Cargo Transport
Your puppy travels under IATA Live Animal Regulations via approved airline cargo.
Transport Coordination
We regularly coordinate with experienced pet transport providers such as Dogtainers and Jetpets. Families may also nominate their preferred licensed export agent.
Puppies Downunder remains responsible for the puppy’s care and compliance up until handover to the appointed transport provider.
Freight and government charges are invoiced separately.
